Industry Day. Consultant shall provide support for the NISP Enterprise’s Industry Day, consisting of a 2-hour presentation/discussion at the NISP Enterprise office, followed by a 2-hour site visit to the Glade Unit area. Consultant will perform outreach to potential contractors to inform them of the Industry Day. The NISP Enterprise will issue formal advertisement of the Industry Day. Consultant will prepare an agenda and presentation materials to cover topics such as Glade Unit project goals, scope of work, anticipated schedule, and process for selection. Consultant will prepare a 2-3 page take-away synopsis hard-copy handout for attendees. Consultant shall support the NISP Enterprise on the presentation and site visit during the Industry Day. Minutes will be prepared by the Consultant.

  • PAY DAY (a) The Employer shall pay each Nurse every two (2) weeks. The amount shall be in accordance with the applicable hourly rate for the Nurse’s classification and increment level listed in Appendix “A”. Payment will include regular pay and will include any other income earned during the preceding pay period.   • PRICING OF After Hours Coefficient What is your after hours coefficient for the RS Means Price Book for work performed after normal working hours? Remember that this is a ceiling price proposed. You can discount to any TIPS Member customer a lower coefficient than your proposed contract coefficient, but not higher. This is one of three pricing questions that are required for consideration for award on this solicitation. Please consider your answer carefully. An explanation of the TIPS scoring of pricing titled "Pricing Coefficient Instruction" is included in the attachments for your information. The below is an EXAMPLE of how the pricing model works (It is not intended to influence your proposed coefficient, you should propose a coefficient that you determine is reasonable for your business for the life of the contract): The most common after hours coefficient is time and a half of the RS Means Unit Price Book prices. To illustrate this coefficient, if your regular hours coefficient is .95, your after hours coefficient would be 1.45.

  • Hour Tours If the Hospital wishes to introduce a 7.5 hour tour, the parties will meet to discuss implementation and to negotiate the appropriate scheduling regulations.
