When an Employee or their representative raises aconcern in respect of the Employee's entitlements and/or the Employer's compliance with payments and/or registration withthe abovementioned funds or schemes, the Employer shall provide tothe Employee, or their representative if requested by the Employee, all relevant information to assist in resolving any concerns.
Industry fund compliance. If the Employer does not contribute the amounts in accordance with this Agreement, the relevant trust deed and the fund or scheme, the Employer shall be liable to make the appropriate contributions immediately upon notification of the non-compliance. Further, the Employer shall pay the earnings on the relevant trust deed and fund or scheme that accrue during non-payment. The requirement for the Employer to make retrospective payments shall not limit any action which may be available in relation to death, disablement or any other cover existing within the terms of the relevant fund.

Industry fund compliance. 56.1 Subject to Clause 56.2 and 56.3, the employer, for an employee who is absent from work:-  because they are on paid leave; or  because they are in receipt of workers compensation benefts; or  because they are in receipt of a beneft provided in either Clause 25Trauma Insurance; Clause 26 – Income Protection or Clause 27Journey Accidents; or  because they are absent on leave without pay to enable them to take long service leave; shall:-  make the superannuation payments prescribed in Clause 24 - Superannuation; and  make the long service leave payments prescribed in Clause 43 – Long Service Leave / CoInvest; and  make the various insurance payments prescribed in Clause 25 – Trauma Insurance; Clause 26 – Income Protection or Clause 27 – Journey Accidents; and  make the redundancy payments prescribed in Clause 22 - Redundancy; and  make the training and building levy payments prescribed in Clause 45 – Industry Training – Training & Building Levy,  during such absence.
