Ineligible Classifications. a. Employees in classifications where there is no regular service provided to students or community members who are limited or non-English speakers shall not be eligible for a bilingual stipend. A position may become eligible by filling a “Request for Bilingual Stipend” with Human Resources providing specifics about services provided. Request form is attached as Appendix I.
