Informal Appearance Before the Board. a. A non-tenured employee who has requested a statement of reasons for non-employment may make a request in writing, within eight (8) workdays of receipt of the statement, for an informal appearance before the Board. The request shall be addressed to the Board in care of the Secretary to the Board.
