Informal Attempt to Resolve. An individual administrator who has a grievance shall discuss it first with his immediate superior in an attempt to resolve the matter informally. However, if the grievant is the Association, the initial discussion shall be at the level of the Superintendent; and, in such event, if the problem is not resolved to the satisfaction of the Association within five (5) work days after the conclusion of the discussion, the procedures prescribed in the subsections of this Section B shall become applicable.
