Information and Services 2.1.1 The Owner shall provide full information in a timely manner regarding the requirements of the Project, including the Owner’s objectives, constraints and criteria, space requirements and relationships, flexibility and expandability requirements, special equipment and systems, and site requirements as reasonably requested by Construction Manager in writing.
Confidentiality and Safeguarding Information 1. Each Party may have access to confidential information made available by the other. The provisions of the Florida Public Records Act, Chapter 119, F.S., and other applicable state and federal laws will govern disclosure of any confidential information received by the State of Florida.
INFORMATION OF THE PARTIES Information of the Company The Company is a company established in the PRC in 1984 and converted into a joint stock limited company on 28 September 2015. The principal business of the Company includes providing comprehensive leasing services to high-quality customers in industries including aviation, infrastructure, shipping, vehicle and construction machinery, new energy, and high-end equipment. Information of the Asset Transferee The Asset Transferee is a company with limited liability incorporated in the PRC on 28 March 2008 and located in Shanghai City, the PRC, which is mainly engaged in the businesses of finance lease, transfer and acceptance of finance lease assets, etc. LISTING RULES IMPLICATIONS According to Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules, as the highest applicable percentage ratio of the transaction under the Asset Transfer Agreement is higher than 5% but lower than 25%, the transaction constitutes a discloseable transaction of the Company and is subject to the announcement requirement but is exempt from the shareholders’ approval requirement under Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules.
INFORMATION AND PRIVACY You understand and agree that in conjunction with employee training, quality control and the provision of services, we may monitor and/or electronically record cellular transmissions related to the Services, as well as conversations with you or others. Further, you understand that privacy cannot be guaranteed on telephone, cellular network and computer systems, and we shall not be liable to you for any claims, loss, damages or costs which may result from a lack of privacy experienced. You consent to us (i) using information about you and your location (collectively, “information’) to administer services, offer you new products or services, enforce the terms of this Agreement, prevent fraud and respond to regulatory and legal requirements, (ii) response to a subpoena or other such legal process, and (iii) using and sharing aggregate Subscriber information and statistics that do not include information that identifies you personally.
Information and Support The NTO shall obtain from the ISO, and the ISO shall provide to the NTO, the necessary information and support services to comply with their obligations under this Article.
CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION AND PUBLICITY 11.1 If Cisco and Supplier have entered into a Non-Disclosure Agreement (“NDA”) which covers disclosure of confidential information under the Purchase Order, and if the term of the NDA expires before the expiration or termination of the Purchase Order, then the term of the NDA shall be automatically extended to match the term of the Purchase Order.
INFORMATION AND CONFIDENTIALITY 20.1 Each party recognises that under this Agreement it may receive Confidential Information belonging to the other.
Data Protection and Confidentiality 3.1. We obtain, use, process and disclose personal data about you and data subjects (as defined in the DPA) in order that we may provide the Services and for other related purposes including updating and enhancing client records, analysis for management purposes and statutory returns, crime prevention and legal and regulatory compliance.
