Information and Physical Access Security Clause Samples

The Information and Physical Access Security clause establishes requirements for protecting sensitive information and controlling access to physical locations where such information is stored or processed. It typically mandates that parties implement security measures such as password protections, encryption, and restricted entry to facilities, ensuring only authorized personnel can access confidential data. This clause is essential for minimizing the risk of data breaches and unauthorized disclosures, thereby safeguarding both parties' interests and complying with relevant data protection regulations.
