Term Duration. This Agreement is effective from the Effective Date and will remain in effect for the life of the last-to-expire patent under Patent Rights, or in the event no patent contained in Patent Rights issues or such patents or patent applications are abandoned, then one year after the last patent or patent application is abandoned, unless otherwise terminated by operation of law or by acts of the parties in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Term Duration. The term of the Agreement shall continue for the life of the last to expire of the Patent Rights for the Joint Invention and the last to expire of the License Agreements, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions below.

This Agreement shall be effective for a period of months, expiring on June 30, Although the parties anticipate that the Resident’s appointment pursuant to this Agreement will continue for the -month term, this Agreement may be terminated by TBHC at any point in time for the grounds specified herein. Term Duration. 3.1 This Agreement shall commence on the [insert date]. Either party may terminate this Agreement on 3 (THREE) months’ written notice.
3.2 The Member may renew its membership by paying the Network the renewal fee by the due date. By renewing the membership, the Member will be deemed to have agreed to the defined ethics and protocols of the Network as it exists at the time of the renewal.
3.3 If the Member fails to pay the monthly membership subscription by the due date, the Network may, by written notice to the Member, revoke or suspend the membership and all rights attached to the membership.

Term Duration. 7.1. This Agreement shall apply in respect of discussions and disclosures of Confidential Information related to the Activity for a period of three (3) years commencing on the date of signing this Agreement. The receiving Party shall maintain the confidentiality of any Confidential Information received pursuant to this Agreement for a period of five (5) years following the expiration of the term of this Agreement.

This User License shall become effective upon delivery of the Equipment at the Facility ("Effective Date") and shall continue in full force and effect for a period of one (1) year (the "Primary Term"); provided, however, Site User shall have the right to extend the term of this User License for up to five successive renewal terms of one (1) year each (each a "Renewal Term") by giving CTI written notice of its election at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the Primary Term or any Renewal Term. Upon expiration or termination of this User Lease, this User License, together with Site User's right and license to use the Licensed Reactors and the Licensed Technology granted herein, will expire without notice or further action by either Party.
