Information Furnished by Principal. The Contractor shall be entitled to rely on the accuracy and completeness of services and information furnished by the Principal. The Contractor shall provide prompt written notice to the Principal if the Contractor becomes aware of any errors, omissions, or inconsistencies in the information provided by the Principal or in the preparation or provision of Study or information.
