Information of Data Subjects. (a) Customer shall provide any Data Subjects, whose personal data are transferred to Service Provider, with comprehensive and correct information pursuant to Art. 13 and Art. 14 GDPR about the processing of their personal data for the purposes of this Agreement in a concise, transparent, intelligible and easily accessible form, using clear and plain language. (b) Customer shall also inform Data Subjects about their rights according to Chapter III of the GDPR. These rights may include, in particular, the right of access, the right to rectification, the right to restriction of processing and the right to object. (c) These information obligations can be fulfilled by Customer – if not already known to Data Subjects – by providing the Privacy Notice (see 9.1.2(b) (Processing of personal data)) of Service Provider.

Information of Data Subjects. 1. The obligation to inform data subjects according to articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR shall be fulfilled by a privacy statement elaborated jointly by the Parties and published on a joint website dedicated to the Project. Until a joint privacy statement is elaborated and published, this Agreement shall be published together with a link to privacy statements of all Parties as information about legal framework for data subjects. 2. The Parties in their role as controllers hereby undertake to provide respective concerned data subjects with additional information if this is necessary to fulfil the obligations of the controllers according to articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR. The information may be given in English or the respective national language.

Information of Data Subjects. It is the responsibility of the Data Controller to provide information to data subject at the time of Personal Data collection or, at the discretion of the Data Controller, to request the Data Processor, at the time of Personal Data collection, to provide the information relating to the Personal Data that it processes to data subjects. In this latter case, the content and format of the information will be subject to prior written approval of the Data Controller prior to any Personal Data collection.
Information of Data Subjects. It is the responsibility of the data controller to provide sufficient and relevant information to the persons concerned by the processing operations at the time of data collection.

  • Rights of Data Subjects 5.1 You control access to Your Services environment that holds Personal Information about Your end users, and Your end users should direct any requests related to their rights under Applicable Data Protection Law to You. 5.2 To the extent such access is not available to You, Oracle will provide assistance with requests from individuals to access, delete or erase, restrict, rectify, receive and transmit, block access to or object to processing related to Personal Information held in Your Services environment on Oracle systems, insofar as reasonably and technically possible. 5.3 If Oracle directly receives any requests or inquiries from Your end users that have identified You as the Controller, it will promptly pass on such requests to You without responding to the end user.

  • Definition of Confidential Information The term “Confidential Information” shall mean all information that either party discloses (a “Disclosing Party”) to the other party (a “Receiving Party”), whether in writing, electronically, or orally and in any form (tangible or intangible), that is confidential, proprietary, or relates to clients or shareholders (each either existing or potential).   • Return or Destruction of Confidential Information If an Interconnection Party provides any Confidential Information to another Interconnection Party in the course of an audit or inspection, the providing Interconnection Party may request the other party to return or destroy such Confidential Information after the termination of the audit period and the resolution of all matters relating to that audit. Each Interconnection Party shall make Reasonable Efforts to comply with any such requests for return or destruction within ten days of receiving the request and shall certify in writing to the other Interconnection Party that it has complied with such request.

  • Protection of Confidential Information The Servicer shall keep confidential and shall not divulge to any party, without the Seller’s prior written consent, any nonpublic information pertaining to the Mortgage Loans or any borrower thereunder, except to the extent that it is appropriate for the Servicer to do so in working with legal counsel, auditors, taxing authorities or other governmental agencies or it is otherwise in accordance with Accepted Servicing Practices.
