INFORMATION ON THE PARTIES 4.1. The Group and the Tenant The principal activities of the Group are the operation and management of a network of department stores in the PRC. The Tenant is an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company mainly participating in retail business.
INFORMATION ON THE GROUP The core business of the Group is property development and investment in Western China and treasury investment.

Provide Accurate Information You represent and agree that all information you provide to us in connection with the Services is accurate, current, and complete. You agree not to misrepresent your identity or account information. You agree to keep account information secure, up to date and accurate. You represent that you are a legal owner, or an authorized user, of the accounts at third party sites which you include or access through the Services, and that you have the authority to (i) designate us and our service providers as your agent, (ii) use the Services, and (iii) give us and our service providers the passwords, usernames, and all other information you provide.
Information Handling Implement new/improved system; update incoming publications; circulate publications; identify information source(s) inside and outside the organisation. Grade 5 - Communication: Obtain data from external sources; produce reports; identify need for documents and/or research. Grade 5 - Enterprise: Assist with the development of options for future strategies; assist with planning to match future requirements with resource allocation.
- Progression on the Wage Grid (The following clause is applicable to part-time employees only) Effective October 10, 1986 part-time employees, including casual employees, shall accumulate service for the purpose of progression on the wage grid, on the basis of one year for each 1725 hours worked. Notwithstanding the above, employees hired prior to October 10, 1986 will be credited with the service they held for the purpose of progression on the wage grid under the Agreement expiring September 28, 1985 and will thereafter accumulate service in accordance with this Article.
Information Accuracy I (a) certify that the information and representations contained in this Agreement and any other document or information that has been or will be furnished to You in connection with My account(s) is complete, true and correct, and acknowledge that knowingly giving false information for the purpose of inducing You to extend credit is a federal crime, (b) authorize You to contact any individual or firm noted herein or on the documents referred to in subsection (a) of this Section and any other normal sources of debit or credit information, (c) authorize anyone so contacted to furnish such information to You as You may request, and (d) agree that this Agreement and any other document or information I furnish in connection with My account is Your property, as the case may be. I shall promptly advise You of any changes to the information in such agreements, documents, or information. You may retain this Agreement and all other such documents or information and their respective records at Your sole discretion, whether or not credit is extended.
Information Provided to the Union In accordance with SPP §3-208, the Employer shall provide, upon the written request of the Union, for each employee in the bargaining unit employee represented by the Union:
Information Given to Third Parties We may disclose information to third parties about you, your account, and the transactions on your account: (i) where it is necessary or helpful for completing transactions; (ii) in order to verify the existence and condition of the account for a third party (e.g., a merchant); (iii) in order to comply with government agency or court orders; (iv) if you give us your consent; (v) to service providers who administer the account or perform data processing, records management, collections, and other similar services for us, in order that they may perform those services; (vi) in order to identify, prevent, investigate or report possible suspicious or illegal activity; (vii) in order to issue authorizations for transactions on the account; (viii) to disclose the existence, history, and condition of your account to consumer reporting agencies; and (ix) as permitted by law. Account Ownership/Accurate Information You represent that you are the legal owner of the accounts and other financial information which may be accessed via Mobile Banking. You represent and agree that all information you provide to us in connection with Mobile Banking is accurate, current and complete, and that you have the right to provide such information to us for the purpose of operating the Mobile Banking service. You agree to not misrepresent your identity or your account information. You agree to keep your account information up to date and accurate.
