Informational Picketing. 29 A. Nothing in this Article shall be construed to prohibit informational picketing. Such 30 informational picketing shall not stop and/or disrupt work of County employees and officials at 31 any time, and picketing shall be prohibited in all County owned, rented or leased facilities and 32 County meetings, including but not limited to Multnomah County Board Rooms/Meetings and 33 County offices.
Informational Picketing. In recognition of the unique partnership between the Union and the Employers that has led up to this Agreement, the Union will not conduct informational picketing for the duration of this Agreement. This provision will sunset on the last date of the Agreement and will not continue in effect unless it is explicitly renegotiated.
Informational Picketing a. The UNION will have the right to conduct informational picketing, provided necessary permits are obtained. Participating employees will be on annual leave or leave without pay, subject to the operational need of the EMPLOYER; or on off-duty time.
Informational Picketing. The parties acknowledge the right of bargaining unit members to engage in informational picketing that does not interrupt the operation of the School. The Union shall give the Office of Human Resources at least 24 hours’ advance notice of the time and place of any proposed picketing.
Informational Picketing a. Prior to conducting any informational picketing or rallies, the Union and the Authority will meet within 2 days of the Union's notification to the Authority to discuss the time, place, and reasons. Informational pickets or rallies will not take place any earlier than 5 working days after the meeting.
Informational Picketing. The Union and employees may participate in informational picketing of the employer in a labor management dispute if such picketing does not interfere with the NEARNG or XXXXX operations. If such informational picketing occurs, it will be in off duty status and off the Employer’s premises. The Union will not call or participate in a strike, work stoppage, or slowdown.
