Common use of Informational Picketing Clause in Contracts

Informational Picketing. 28 Nothing in this Article shall be construed to prohibit informational picketing. Such 29 informational picketing shall not stop and/or disrupt work of County employees and officials 30 at any time, and picketing shall be prohibited in all County owned, rented or leased facilities 1 and County meetings, including but not limited to Multnomah County Board
