Informations to provide. The Contractors shall provide the head of the Project Co-ordination Committee, the Coordinator or the heads of the Steering Committees, as appropriate, with the deliverables, information and Project Report as they require in order to perform their duties under this Consortium Agreement and under the EC Contract or as the Commission may request. The Contractors shall advise the Coordinator and/or the head of the Project Co-ordination Committee or the head of the concerned Steering Committees of any request from the Commission. Information and Project Reports shall include, inter alia, the supporting documents evidencing expenditures incurred by the Contractors for the purposes of the Project. Each Contractor shall address to the Coordinator an audit certificate in accordance with the relevant article of the EC Contract no later than thirty (30) days after the end of each certification period. The Contractors shall submit to the Coordinator, every six (6) months, the activity information sheet, together with the supporting documents. The Coordinator shall have thirty (30) working days to validate them.

  • Access to Personal Information by Subcontractors Supplier agrees to require any subcontractors or agents to which it discloses Personal Information under this Agreement or under any SOW to provide reasonable assurance, evidenced by written contract, that they will comply with the same or substantially similar confidentiality, privacy and security obligations with respect to such Personal Information as apply to Supplier under this Agreement or any SOW. Supplier shall confirm in writing to DXC that such contract is in place as a condition to DXC’s approval of use of a subcontractor in connection with any SOW. If during the term of this Agreement or any SOW, DXC determines, in its exclusive discretion, that any Supplier subcontractor or agent cannot comply with the Supplier obligations under this Agreement or with any SOW, then DXC may terminate this Agreement in whole or in part (with respect to any SOW for which such subcontractor or agent is providing services), if not cured by Supplier within the time prescribed in the notice of such deficiency.

  • Information and Services 2.1.1 The Owner shall provide full information in a timely manner regarding the requirements of the Project, including the Owner’s objectives, constraints and criteria, space requirements and relationships, flexibility and expandability requirements, special equipment and systems, and site requirements as reasonably requested by Construction Manager in writing.
