Informing Bargaining Unit Member. 21.9.1 A bargaining unit member who is assigned a student known to have a documented history of behavior described in section 21.3.2 shall be informed by the Site Administrator of the nature of the problem. The bargaining unit member shall keep this information confidential; take reasonable steps to understand the nature of the student’s behavior; and work with the student in a professional manner.
