The lease shall be automatically renewable for successive terms of 1 year unless the PCHA elects to terminate due to Resident non-compliance with program or lease terms, lease terms are not fulfilled by PCHA, or unless terminated sooner by PCHA or Resident as hereinafter provided. The lease requires a 30 day move out notice, during which rent and electric should remain in Resident household's name. Penalties may apply if these criteria are not met.   • TERM OF LEASE This Lease shall commence on the date of ________ and shall continue until its natural termination under this part on the date of ________ at 11:59 PM. After the date of termination, this Lease shall automatically renew and shall continue for the same term amount until Landlord or Tenant undertake cancellation of this Lease in writing. At the expiration of this Lease, Tenant shall be responsible for providing a forwarding address to Landlord to receive any funds owed or other notices.

  • Initial Lease Term The Initial Lease Term is for a minimum of ten (10) years; however, the State will consider a longer lease term if economic benefits are deemed to be in the State’s best interest. Please propose a fixed, or flat, rental rate for a Gross Lease: including all expenses – taxes, insurance, janitorial services, maintenance, etc. The State may elect to pay for utilities separately so please include a cost per square foot to reduce the rental rate if such occurs.

  • TERM OF AGREEMENT AND RENEWAL The Agreement shall remain in effect from the date of execution hereof through the expiration of a one year period, and may be renewed upon the mutual consent of the Parties.

  • Term of the Lease The lease begins at p.m. on (the “Check-in Date”) and ends at a.m. on (the “Checkout Date”).

  • Renewal Contract Term Upon mutual written agreement, the Parties may renew this Contract, in whole or in part, for a Renewal Term not to exceed the Initial Contract Term, pursuant to the incorporated Special Contract Conditions.

  • Initial Term and Renewal This Agreement shall become effective upon its execution and, shall have an initial term of five (5) years. Following the expiration of the initial term, the Agreement shall automatically renew for successive one-year terms until such time that the Agreement is terminated by either Party upon giving the other Party six (6) months’ written notice of termination.

  • LEASE RENEWAL This Lease does not automatically renew and this Lease automatically terminates on the Lease Termination Date. Lessee may be given an opportunity to sign a new or renewal Lease for another Lease Term and remain in the Premises. If Lessee does not sign a new or renewal Lease, UTA may lease the Premises to another Lessee. In the event Lessee holds over beyond the expiration or sooner termination of this Lease, holdover penalties shall apply in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

  • Period of Agreement This Agreement shall start on _, 20 (“Effective Date”), and end on , 20_ _, at 12:00 midnight (“Listing Period”), unless the expiration date is extended in writing.

  • AGREEMENT RENEWAL This Agreement shall not bind nor purport to bind the AZDOHS for any contractual commitment in excess of the original Agreement period.
