Lease Renewal definition

Lease Renewal. (option) means the right, but not the obligation of the Government to continue a lease upon specified terms and conditions, including lease term and rent.
Lease Renewal is defined at Section 4.7(a) of the Participation Agreement.
Lease Renewal means a legal document that extends the period of time that the original lease is in effect. A lease renewal may include minor changes to the original lease such as a change to the rental amount.
