INITIAL SALARY STEP PLACEMENT. 11.2.2.1 New Unit Members compensated on Schedule A shall be placed on Step 0 of the schedule. For purposes of this section, a new Unit Member is a Unit Member who has not been previously placed and paid on Schedule A.
