Common use of Initial Term-Work Commencement Clause in Contracts

Initial Term-Work Commencement. The Parties’ respective performances under this Contract shall commence on the later of either the Effective Date or Month Day, Year. This Contract shall terminate on Month Day, Year unless sooner terminated or further extended as specified elsewhere herein.
