Initiating Formal Grievance. 6 7 i. The grievant shall file a written grievance with his immediate supervisor within 8 ten (10) days following his awareness of the act or condition which is the basis 9 for his grievance; provided, such action or condition occurred within the last 10 twelve months. 12 ii.
