Injured Person to Get Priority for Rehire. An Employee who is required to leave employment because of job connected injuries shall, upon recovery, be given priority of hire by their former Employer when that Employer needs one or more Employees in the injured person’s classification, provided said Employee is ready, willing, and able to return to work. This section shall not apply for a different project, after a winter shutdown or if the previously injured Employee works elsewhere since their recovery.

For any other error or question you have involving the billing statement of the participating merchant, you must contact the merchant directly. We are not responsible for investigating such errors. - Any other exceptions as established by the Credit Union.
