Injuries or Disabilities. a) When an employee suffers an injury off the job, or suffers any illness preventing them from reporting to work, they will automatically be granted a leave of absence without pay, and subject to any payments the employee is entitled to under any Sick Pay Plan, until such time as their doctor states such employee can return to work.
