Injury Report: An Employee suffering injury while in the employ of the Employer must report to the their Supervisor immediately, or as soon thereafter as practicable, and also report to their Supervisor on returning to work. Employees are responsible to: • Report all illnesses or injuries occurring on duty immediately, regardless of severity, as per the Company’s Incident Reporting Policy; • Report all illnesses and injuries which occur off duty that could affect attendance or performance of duties to the immediate supervisor, as soon as possible or prior to start of shift, regardless of severity;
