Washroom Facilities. Adequate washroom facilities will be provided by the Company and kept in sanitary condition. Employees will cooperate by observing the simple rules of cleanliness.
Washroom Facilities. The Employer will endeavour to provide adequate, conveniently located sanitary washroom facilities on all temporary or permanently established pre-production, production, and post-production work sites. The Employer will endeavour to ensure that provided washrooms are equipped with hand washing facilities and are stocked with sufficient supply of soap, toilet paper, and individual clean towels. Where the washrooms lack hand washing facilities, the Employer will endeavour to place within immediate proximity to the washrooms adequate hand washing stations.

The Employer will provide adequate, sanitary washroom facilities in accordance with the guidelines laid out by the Manitoba Workplace Safety and Health Acts & Regulations (see table in Schedule M) on all pre-production, production, and post-production work sites. These facilities must be provided within two hundred (200) meters of the camera truck for a shooting crew and within two hundred (200) meters of the work trucks for non-shooting crew. The facilities shall have lighting and heating. The Employer will ensure that such washrooms are equipped with hand washing facilities and are stocked with a sufficient supply of soap, toilet paper, and individual clean towels. Where the washrooms lack hand washing facilities, the Employer will place adequate hand washing stations within immediate proximity to the washrooms.

(a) SAFETY CLOTHING: - The Company will provide the following: - Rubber clothes - Rubber boots - Welders’ gloves - Welders’ aprons - Goggles - Helmets of a reasonable fit and a reasonable quantity as a tool crib item for shop, yard and field use - Hard hats for job use where required.
(b) SAFETY GLASSES
Washroom Facilities. Washroom facilities will also be maintained and will include washing facilities, soap and towels along with hot water. All employees are responsible to maintain these facilities in clean and sanitary conditions.

Washroom Facilities. The Landlord agrees to permit the Tenant, its agents, officers, employees, invitees and licensees, the right of access and the use in common with other tenants of the Building to the washroom facilities in the Building, other than those provided exclusively for the use of other tenants, and to keep the said facilities in good working order and to have the same repaired with all reasonable diligence whenever such repairs are necessary.

(b) SAFETY GLASSES - Each employee required to wear prescription safety glasses shall be reimbursed by the Company for the cost of replacement glasses up to a maximum of three hundred dollars ($300.00) every twenty-four (24) months, to be paid on a separate cheque. On request, the Company will supply, at no cost to employees, standard safety frames.
(c) The Company will replace the following for Welders & Fabricators: • Welding gloves • Welding aprons
Washroom Facilities. Clean washrooms with hand-washing facilities, including hot water, where practicable, must be provided within sixty metres of every work unit (i.e., main unit shooting crew, all additional shooting units, all prep units, all wrap units, etc.). Washroom and toilet facilities shall be provided by the Company at all sites and locations and shall be maintained on a standard at least equal to the standards required by the Alberta Occupational Health and Safety Act. The Union and The Company agree to discuss and address, in good faith, any specific issues that arise under this provision.
Washroom Facilities. Landlord shall maintain the washroom facilities in the Common Areas only and provide supplies such as rolls of two-ply toilet paper, paper towels, soap, deodorisers, tampons and sanitary napkins with their respective dispensers and receptacles in such facilities.
