INMATE DISCIPLINE. The County shall discipline Inmates according to the same policies and procedures under which other County inmates are disciplined. However, nothing contained herein shall be construed to authorize the imposition of a type of discipline that would not be imposed on a comparable County inmate, up to and including the removal of earned early release credits as approved by the City.
