Inmate Work Crew Supervisors. 1. Employees assigned as full time inmate work crew supervisors may volunteer to alternate between the following work schedules: a five (5) shifts of eight (8) hours and two (2) consecutive days off within each workweek and a four (4) shifts of ten (10) hours and three (3) consecutive days off within each work week.
