Innovative Assignments. In the spirit of cooperation, and to acknowledge that risk taking is necessary in order to move the institution forward, the parties recognize that it is advantageous to provide for assignments which may conflict with other provisions herein but which may further the goals of the institution and the employees. In such an event, the following provisions shall apply.
