Input to Evaluation. ‌ The process will be based on sound evaluative practice, including (where applicable) collected data and opinions of sufficient quality and quantity. Materials regarding an OLFM’s performance may be collected from students, other OLFMs (including Senior OLFMs), other University Employees with whom the OLFM interacts and any other sources requested by the OLFM. Anonymous material other than written student questionnaires is inadmissible for evaluation purposes.
