Inservice Days Scheduled 3 Days Prior to School. The Board may, at its discretion, schedule up to three (3) additional in- service/staff development days for each teacher during any year. All teachers will not necessarily be mandated to attend the same number of in- service/staff development days. The number of days scheduled and mandated will depend on the District's ability to schedule appropriate in-service/staff development days. Teachers shall be required to attend in-service/staff development days scheduled during the three (3) week days immediately prior to the start of the school year. Teachers will be notified no later than May 30 of which of the three (3) week days immediately prior to the start of the school year they will be required to attend. They will be compensated at their individual daily rate for the succeeding school year for attendance on those days.

  • Compensation for Holidays Falling on Scheduled Days Off 1. When a holiday falls on a full-time employee's regularly scheduled day off, the employee shall receive eight (8) hours of compensatory time.

  • Scheduled Downtime For the purposes of this Agreement, Scheduled Downtime will mean those hours, as determined by us but which will not occur between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday without your authorization or unless exigent circumstances exist, during which time we will perform scheduled maintenance or adjustments to the Environment. We will use our best efforts to provide you with at least twenty-four (24) hours of notice prior to scheduling Scheduled Downtime.

  • Compensation for Holidays Falling Within Vacation Schedule If a paid holiday falls on or is observed during an employee's vacation period, he/she shall be allowed an additional vacation day with pay at a time mutually agreed upon by the Employer and employee.

  • DISTRIBUTION OF CONTRACTOR PRICE LIST AND CONTRACT APPENDICES Contractor shall provide Authorized Users with electronic copies of the Contract, including price lists and Appendices, upon request.   • Consecutive Days Off The Employer shall schedule consecutive days off for all full-time employees except where a full-time employee requests otherwise. Where possible, part-time employees shall have consecutive days off every second week. Where it can be demonstrated by the Shop Xxxxxxx, to the Employer’s satisfaction, that scheduling of consecutive days off can be accomplished without an adverse effect on the operation of the department, the Employer shall do so.

  • All Cost and Time Impacts to be Included Each Change Order shall include all time and monetary impacts of the change. Failure to include a change in Contract Time or in Contract Sum in Change Orders shall be considered a zero price/zero time Change Order and shall waive any change in Contract Time and Contract Sum. Commencement of Work upon a Change Order is conclusive proof that the Contractor accepts the Change Order.
