Inspection and Service. SMO reserves the right to inspect equipment to be covered under a service agreement prior to acceptance.We do this to ensure that your equipment is working properly and so that both parties are aware of the equipment’s condition at the time of agreement acceptance. If upon inspection the equipment covered does not meet acceptable standards for coverage, all costs for parts & service rendered prior to the date of cancellation will be applied against the cost of the agreement. Any remaining credit balance, if any, will be refunded to the customer. Repairs required before agreement acceptance will be billed at the prevailing rates. Inspections (including flue pipe), tune-ups, and required service are subject to the accessibility of the equipment and parts from normal SMO supply sources. Inspections and annual tune-ups will only be performed Monday through Friday, between 8:00am and 4:30pm, except on holidays. SMO will not be responsible for tune-ups, inspection, or service not performed due to unavailability of customer to schedule work. Customer requests to perform heating tune-ups and air conditioning tune-ups on separate days shall be subject to an additional service charge. All services will be performed providing the safety of our technicians is not compromised.The condition and maintenance of the chimney and flue are the responsibility of the customer.

Inspection and Service. Upon termination of Lease Agreement, Tenant agrees, before vacating premises, to employ at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, a licensed contractor to inspect service and write a written report on the systems referred to in “A” and “B” of this Paragraph. Landlord shall have the right to order such an inspection if Tenant fails to provide evidence of such inspection, and to follow the recommendations of such reports to charge the expense there of the Tenant.

  • Books and Records; Inspection and Examination The Borrower will keep accurate books of record and account for itself pertaining to the Collateral and pertaining to the Borrower's business and financial condition and such other matters as the Lender may from time to time request in which true and complete entries will be made in accordance with GAAP and, upon the Lender's request, will permit any officer, employee, attorney or accountant for the Lender to audit, review, make extracts from or copy any and all corporate and financial books and records of the Borrower at all times during ordinary business hours, to send and discuss with account debtors and other obligors requests for verification of amounts owed to the Borrower, and to discuss the Borrower's affairs with any of its directors, officers, employees or agents.   • Information and Inspection Pledgor shall (i) promptly furnish Bank any information with respect to the Collateral requested by Bank; (ii) allow Bank or its representatives to inspect and copy, or furnish Bank or its representatives with copies of, all records relating to the Collateral and the Obligation; and (iii) promptly furnish Bank or its representatives with any other information Bank may reasonably request.

  • Inspection and Access Landlord and its agents, representatives, and contractors may enter the Premises at any reasonable time to inspect the Premises and to make such repairs as may be required or permitted pursuant to this Lease and for any other business purpose. Tenant shall at all times, except in the case of emergencies, have the right to escort Landlord or its agents, representatives, contractors or guests while the same are in the Premises, provided such escort does not materially and adversely affect Landlord’s access rights hereunder.

  • Examination and Review A volunteer, upon presenting identification, shall be permitted by appointment to examine and copy his/her complete County volunteer file, MCFRS operating, or medical record. The volunteer shall indicate in writing, to be placed in his/her file, that he/she has examined the same. The custodian of medical records may determine, consistent with State law, that certain medical information will only be released to the physician or attorney of the volunteer upon receipt of a signed release from the volunteer. Medical records will be maintained in accordance with Section Three of this Article. The County may retain and store records in various formats, including as electronically imaged documents. Confidentiality must be maintained and assured in all formats. Unless otherwise expressly set forth in Sections One through Six, no other documents or information may be placed or maintained in the County volunteer file, MCFRS operating record, or medical file.
