Prevailing Rates. The Employer shall contact the Union for prevailing wage rates when working outside of Board Area 8. Wages and benefits for other OLRB areas of the province or sectors of the construction industry will be negotiated prior to the commencement of work in that area or sector by separate schedule. Should any government legislation or regulations increase the above rates, wages and benefits these rates shall automatically conform.

Prevailing Rates. 201 - Prevailing rates are those rates listed in the Federal Xxxxx-Xxxxx Specifications. However, if the Xxxxx-Xxxxx rates are lower than the rates in this agreement, then the rates of pay in this agreement at the time a job or project is bid shall be the rates paid on that job or project until its completion. If applicable, after eighteen (18) months on affected projects, Article 2, Section 201, can be re-opened to evaluate the economics of the projects, by either party through written notice.
Prevailing Rates. The above rates apply for work performed in all counties in Ontario, save and except Ontario Labour Relations Board Area 8 (The Municipality of Metropolitan Toronto, the Regional Municipalities of Peel and York, the Towns of Oakville and Halton Hills and that portion of the Town of Xxxxxx within the geographic Townships of Esquesing and Trafalgar, and the Towns of Ajax and Pickering in the Regional Municipality of Durham). The Employer shall contact the Union for prevailing wage rates in Board Area 8 prior to beginning work. The Employer shall apply the prevailing rates for work in all such areas.
Prevailing Rates. The Contractor and all Subcontractors under the Contractor shall pay all workers on all Work performed pursuant to this Contract not less than the general prevailing rate of per diem wages and the general prevailing rate for holiday and overtime work as determined by the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations, State of California, for the type of work performed and the locality in which the work is to be performed within the boundaries of the District, pursuant to sections 1770 et seq. of the California Labor Code.
