Inspection / Collection of Documents each Paying Agent shall provide facilities at its specified office for the time being for making available for inspection and/or collection during its normal business hours any document required by any Issuer so to be made available in accordance with any applicable law or regulation including, for the avoidance of doubt, the listing rules of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, promptly upon such document being furnished by the relevant Issuer to such Paying Agent.

The Company shall have the right to inspect and make copies of all such letters, notices or other written communications at any reasonable time upon the giving of reasonable written notice to the Registrar.
