Inspections and Surveys. We have the right but are not obligated to:
1. Make inspections and site visits at any time;
2. Give you reports on the conditions we find; and
3. Recommend changes and impose additional coverage conditions in accordance with the applicable section of the Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement currently in effect. Any inspections, site visits, reports or recommendations relate only to our providing you with coverage and the premiums to be charged. We do not undertake to perform the duty of any person or organization to provide for the health or safety of workers or the public. We do not warrant that conditions are safe or healthful, or comply with laws, regulations, codes or standards. This condition applies not only to us, but also to any consultants or similar persons or organizations which makes inspections, site visits, reports or recommendations on our behalf.

2. Give the Member District reports on the conditions the CSD Pool finds; and
3. Recommend changes. Any inspections, surveys, reports or recommendations relate only to insurability and the contributions to be charged. The CSD Pool does not make safety inspections. The CSD Pool does not undertake to perform the duty of any person or organization to provide for the health or safety of workers or the public. And the CSD Pool does not warrant that conditions:
1. Are safe or healthful; or
2. Comply with laws, regulations, codes or standards. This condition applies not only to the CSD Pool, but also to any rating, advisory, rate service or similar organization which makes insurance inspections, surveys, reports or recommendations.

The Company has the right but is not obligated to: - make inspections and/or surveys at any time; - give the Insured reports on the conditions that the Company finds; and - recommend changes. Any inspections, surveys, reports or recommendations relate only to insurability and the premiums charged. The Company does not make safety or compliance inspections.
Inspections and Surveys a. The Insurer and its authorized representatives shall have the right but are not obligated to:
i. inspect the premises, property or operations of the Insured;
ii. inform the Insured of the conditions found; and
iii. recommend changes.

Inspections and Surveys. 6.1. The Insurer has the right to:

Sellers shall be responsible for the payment of all fines and penalties imposed by Governmental Authorities which fines and penalties arise in connection with any regulatory investigations, inspections or surveys occurring prior to the Effective Time, or the portion of which relates to events occurring prior to the Effective Time regardless of when such fines or penalties are imposed. Purchaser shall be responsible for the payment of all fines and penalties imposed by Governmental Authorities which fines and penalties arise in connection with any regulatory inspections or surveys on or after the Effective Time and which are related to the operation of the Facilities on or after the Effective Time. Sellers shall provide to Purchaser, within three (3) Business Days after receipt of the same, any survey reports, waivers of deficiencies, plans of correction or any other investigation reports issued with respect to the Facilities between the Execution Date and the Closing Date. During the period between the Execution Date and the Closing Date, Sellers shall provide notice to Purchaser, within three (3) Business Days, of (a) the commencement of any inspection or survey, and/or (b) any written demand for records or information from any Governmental Authority.
Inspections and Surveys. The Insurer has the right but is not obligated to do the following, on its own or through its independent contractors:
a. make remote electronic scan inspections of all or any part of the Insured Entity’s Network or of the Network of any entities newly acquired by the Insured Entity at any time;
b. give the Insured Entity reports on the conditions the Insurer finds;
c. recommend changes to the Insured Entity’s Network; or,
d. conduct loss control and prevention activity. Any inspections, surveys, reports, or recommendations relates only to insurability and the premiums to be charged. The Insurer, by such inspections, surveys, reports, or recommendations, does not warrant that the Insured Entity’s Network is safe or in compliance with laws, regulations, codes or standards, domestic or foreign. This condition applies not only to the Insurer, but also to any rating, advisory, rate service, or similar organization which makes insurance inspections, surveys, reports or recommendations. Such inspections or surveys will be arranged with mutual consent of the Insured Entity and Insurer.
