Institute Meetings. The Institute may on occasion hold meetings on Company premises provided such meetings are planned and conducted to avoid interference with other employees, or the work of the Company. With the exception of lunch-time meetings involving Institute operating committees, meetings must be agreed to in advance by Employee Relations.
