Company Dispute. The Company may meet with the Institute to discuss any dispute with respect to the conduct of the Institute. Institute Dispute Any dispute between the Institute and the Company may be the subject of a grievance in accordance with the provisions of Articles and In addition to acting on its own behalf, the Institute may initiate this process because of the inability or refusal of an employee to submit a grievance or because the matter affects a group of employees. Company and Institute disputes shall be filed at Step All time limits contained within this Article apply including a requirement to file the grievance within twenty (20) days after the party knew or ought to have known of the occurrence, which is the basis of the grievance. The expense of the examination by the third party shall be shared equally by the University and the employee.
