Common use of Institutional Arrangements Clause in Contracts

Institutional Arrangements. 1. The Recipient shall carry out its Respective Parts of the Project with due diligence and efficiency in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial, technical, environmental and social standards and practices and in accordance with the FMFA and the Project Operations Manual and shall promptly provide the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for its Respective Parts of the Project.
