Instruction to Repair. It shall be the obligation of the Company to direct the repair as necessary to conform to the safe and efficient operation of that equipment. In the event repairs cannot be affected, the equipment will be correctly identified and be kept out of service until repaired, and it shall not be considered a violation of employment when a Company employee refuses to operate such identified equipment.

  • Right to Refuse Unsafe Work Employees have the right to refuse to perform unsafe work pursuant to the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations of the Workers Compensation Act.

  • Inspection of Premises Landlord and Landlord's agents shall have the right at all reasonable times during the term of this Agreement and any renewal thereof to enter the Premises for the purpose of inspecting the Premises and all buildings and improvements thereon.
