Common use of Instructional Rate Clause in Contracts

Instructional Rate. 1. Bargaining unit members will be compensated for home tutoring, detention monitor, proficiency intervention and summer school at the rate of $17.00 per hour. 2. If a position is not filled by a bargaining unit member, the Board may employ a substitute at the rate of $15.00 per hour.
