Instructions and Other Funds Communications. The Funds and the Service Provider shall comply with security procedures agreed from time to time by the Parties or, absent such agreement, other reasonable procedures used by the Service Provider, intended to establish the origination of the communication and the authority of the person sending any communication, including any Instruction. Depending upon the method of communication used by the Funds, the security procedures may constitute one or more of the following measures: unique transaction identifiers, digital signatures, encryption algorithms or other codes, multifactor authentication, user entitlements, schedule validation or such other measures as in use for the communication method by the Funds.
