Insufficient Coverage. In the event of expiration, material change, or cancellation of insurance required by this Agreement, User shall immediately cease use of the Premises and the provision of the services under this Agreement until such time as proof of the required insurance is provided to the City Risk Manager consistent with the requirements of this Section.

  • Insufficient Funds If at any time insufficient funds are received by and available to the Administrative Agent to pay fully all amounts of principal, L/C Borrowings, interest and fees then due hereunder, such funds shall be applied (i) first, toward payment of interest and fees then due hereunder, ratably among the parties entitled thereto in accordance with the amounts of interest and fees then due to such parties, and (ii) second, toward payment of principal and L/C Borrowings then due hereunder, ratably among the parties entitled thereto in accordance with the amounts of principal and L/C Borrowings then due to such parties.

  • Insurance Requirement; Coverages Borrower must keep the improvements now existing or subsequently erected on the Property insured against loss by fire, hazards included within the term “extended coverage,” and any other hazards including, but not limited to, earthquakes, winds, and floods, for which Lender requires insurance. An annual deductible of one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125) per person applies to State Dental Plan services received from out of network providers. The deductible must be satisfied before coverage begins.
