Insufficient Work. (1) If an employee reports to work as scheduled and is advised by the Employer that there is insufficient or no work available he is entitled to four (4) hours pay at the straight time rate. (2) If an employee is directed to report for work on a day of rest or on Designated Paid Holiday, and there is insufficient work available, he shall be entitled to four (4) hours of work at the appropriate overtime rate. When no work is available he shall receive compensation to four (4) hours pay at the appropriate overtime rate.
