INSURANCE BENEFIT RIGHTS. 1. Any staff member on an approved Unpaid/Partial-Paid Leave shall be entitled to request in writing to the Board Treasurer, and receive the right, to be covered by any or all insurances selected by the staff member, provided the staff member pays to the Board Treasurer, in advance each month, the full amount of the monthly group plan premium rate for such selected coverage(s). Any overpayment of premium shall be refunded to the staff member upon termination of leave.
