Common use of Insurance contribution continuation Clause in Contracts

Insurance contribution continuation. A state-benefitted insurance-eligible employee who receives an employer contribution toward insurance, who has three or more years of continuous service as a Minnesota Judicial Branch employee, and who has been permanently laid off shall remain eligible for an employer contribution toward health and dental insurance premiums for six months from the effective date of layoff. County-benefitted employee insurance contribution continuation shall be determined by the county.
