Insurance Covering Special Hazards. The following special hazards shall be covered in addition to the above-mentioned commercial liability insurance or property damage insurance policy or policies of insurance, or by special policies of insurance, in amounts as follows: Automotive and truck where operated in the amount of $1,000,000 Material hoist where used in the amount of $1,000,000 Explosion, collapse & Underground (XCU) coverage $1,000,000 Excess Liability Insurance coverage in the amount of $1,000,000 Additional Insurance. As provided in General Construction Provisions, Contractor shall procure and maintain and shall require all subcontractors, if any, whether primary or secondary, to procure and maintain Worker’s Compensation Insurance (Article 33 of the General Construction Provisions) and Automobile Liability Insurance (Article 33 of the General Construction Provisions).
Insurance Covering Special Hazards. A rider or riders to the Public Liability and Property Damage insurance policy or policies herein required shall be furnished by the Contractor for special hazards, such as blasting, operation of material hoist, etc.
Insurance Covering Special Hazards. Hazards relative to the use of boats or other means of water travel going to or other means of water travel going to or coming from the site, relative to the use of automobiles or trucks on the site or going to or coming from the site, to explosion, collapse, and underground utilities, and to blasting shall be covered in the same amounts by rider or riders to the Public Liability and/or Property Damage Insurance Policy or Policies herein elsewhere required to be furnished by the Conversion Contractor or by separate policies of insurance.

  • Insurance Coverage The Company and each Subsidiary maintains in full force and effect insurance coverage that is customary for comparably situated companies for the business being conducted and properties owned or leased by the Company and each Subsidiary, and the Company reasonably believes such insurance coverage to be adequate against all liabilities, claims and risks against which it is customary for comparably situated companies to insure.

  • Subcontractor Insurance Coverage Except where Huron Valley Schools has approved a subcontract with other insurance provisions, the Contractor must require any Subcontractor to purchase and maintain the insurance coverage required in Section 3.a, Liability Insurance. The Contractor may include a Subcontractor under the Contractor's insurance on the coverage required in that Section. The failure of a Subcontractor to comply with insurance requirements does not limit the Contractor's liability or responsibility.

  • Required Insurance Coverage As a condition of this Contract with DIR, Vendor shall provide the listed insurance coverage within 5 business days of execution of the Contract if the Vendor is awarded services which require that Vendor’s employees perform work at any Customer premises and/or use employer vehicles to conduct work on behalf of Customers.
