Special Policies. 1. The CITY and the COUNTY agree that SW Tile Flat Road should be extended south from SW Scholls Ferry Road, through the River Terrace West URPA (formerly Xxx Xxxxxx Road West), as a collector intersecting with the southern extension of SW Mountainside Way.
Special Policies. A. All land in Area A shall annex to the CITY prior to development. As used in this subsection, “development” includes the construction of any residential dwelling unit or structure or related accessory structures. This requirement may be waived only if documentation is provided from the CITY authorizing the COUNTY to issue the necessary permit(s) for development.
