Insurance During Absence. During a period of unpaid leave, employees will be ‘termed out’ of regular insurance coverage as per OEBB regulations and have the opportunity of purchasing coverage back through a COBRA option. When the period of unpaid leave ends, employees will be re- enrolled into the regular District insurance plan.
