INSURER RESPONSIBILITY. The insurer shall not be deemed to be a party to the Plan for any purpose nor to be responsible for the validity of the Plan nor shall it be responsible to see that any action of the Employer or the Trustee is authorized by the Plan. The obligations of the insurer shall be measured and determined solely by the terms of its contracts and of any other written agreements entered into by the insurer with the Trustee.
