Integrated Advancement. The University shall actively coordinate its Alumni Relations and University Relations activities with those of the Foundation in order to develop a programmatic culture within the University’s student, alumni and private support constituencies that effectively encourages increased philanthropy.

Integrated Advancement. LCCC will actively coordinate its communications, internal relations, and external relations activities with the Foundation to develop a programmatic culture within the College’s student, alumni, and private support constituencies that encourages increased philanthropic support, constituent engagement, and private advocacy in support of the LCCC. LCCC shall cooperate with the Foundation in development of its fundraising programs and campaigns, including provision of information, data, plans, facilities for meetings on the LCCC campuses, and such other materials and services as may reasonably be necessary for the successful conduct of fundraising programs and campaigns.

Related to Integrated Advancement

  • Integrated Agreement Upon execution by all Parties and their counsel, this Agreement together with its attached exhibits shall constitute the entire agreement between the Parties relating to the Settlement, superseding any and all oral representations, warranties, covenants, or inducements made to or by any Party.

  • INTEGRATED DOCUMENT This AGREEMENT, including the Summary Pages, recitals and any Exhibits and appendices, are incorporated herein and embody the entire AGREEMENT between CITY and GRANTEE. No oral agreements or conversations with any officer, agent or employee of CITY shall affect or modify any of the terms or obligations contained in any documents comprising this AGREEMENT. Any such oral agreement shall be considered as unofficial information and in no way binding upon CITY.

  • Integration The Company shall not sell, offer for sale or solicit offers to buy or otherwise negotiate in respect of any security (as defined in Section 2 of the Securities Act) that would be integrated with the offer or sale of the Securities for purposes of the rules and regulations of any Trading Market such that it would require shareholder approval prior to the closing of such other transaction unless shareholder approval is obtained before the closing of such subsequent transaction.

  • INTEGRATION/MODIFICATION This Construction Services Agreement represents the entire understanding of District and Contractor as to those matters contained herein, and supersedes and cancels any prior oral or written understanding, promises or representations with respect to those matters covered herein, and it shall not be amended, altered or changed except by a written agreement signed by the parties hereto.
