Intellectual Property Rights in Construction Documents, Drawings, and Models. The Construction Documents and other documents prepared by Design Professional (or prepared by CM/GC or its Trade Contractors under a performance specification) pursuant to this Contract are the property of Owner. Neither CM/GC nor any Subcontractor shall own or claim a copyright in such drawings, specifications, and other similar or related documents; Owner shall retain all common law, statutory, and other intellectual property rights with respect thereto. All models are the property of Owner. Permits, Licenses, Surveys.
