Intention and Scope. This agreement is concluded with the intention of establishing a long-term sup- ply partnership of mutual benefit. The basis for the fair cooperation is fault-free consignments delivered by the agreed delivery date and assured by the de- ployment of capable persons during the delivery process. The supplier is re- sponsible for any subcontractors involved in the process. The signing of the agreement by the contractual partners means that this quality agreement be- comes an integral component of every future sales contract and also applies to the specifications and customer requirements contained in the technical docu- mentation. The technical documentation that our offer requirements and orders are based on stipulates the quality we demand.
